Throughout this website you will find many details about the Hebrew Language Academy Charter School – academics, our dual-language curriculum, application process, and more. All of this detail represents the breadth and depth of the school's commitment to educating both current and future generations of young people. I encourage you to take the time to read through this website in detail. In particular, I encourage you to read the profiles of our staff and teachers who share with you their inspiration and aspirations as educators. I feel extremely fortunate to be launching a new school with this talented group of professionals and, as a parent myself, I have complete confidence that they will be able to turn our vision of creating an academically rigorous and nurturing environment into a reality for each and every child.
Be sure to visit our website frequently, as it is the "virtual home" for HLA. I particularly encourage you to regularly check our news section, where I will be posting the e-newsletters that come to you via email. I also hope that you will have the opportunity to visit the "real" HLA home frequently! We welcome parent volunteers to help out in the classrooms, and your child's teacher will share information with you throughout the year about specific volunteer opportunities.
